The policy of batching plant, on site recording and concrete pour attendance ensures that our clients enjoy unmatched guarantee and customer protection, with peace of mind for Contractors, Engineers, and Architects.
PUDLO is supplied in the UK with a 20 year company warranty that covers not only the product but also covers the completed section of works containing the waterproofed concrete against ingress of moisture.
The Warranty and Guarantee are issued subject to the works being registered with David Ball Group PUDLO Division prior to starting work on site and that one of the PUDLO Division Site Inspectors is present at every pour and the works are carried out and signed off in accordance with the current PUDLO user guide.
In addition to the manufacturers warranty, David Ball Group PLC issue an independent insurance backed guarantee which will come into force should David Ball Group PLC cease trading.
