INSTACEM Waterproof Render/ Mortar is a polymer modified, cementitious mortar/plaster specifically designed to produce a non-shrink, weather resistant, high strength wall render/repair and pointing material. INSTACEM Waterproof Render is factory made to BS EN ISO 9001:2000 is user friendly (just add water) and contains no toxic or harmful chemicals.

A single, fully blended, cement-based system incorporating shrinkage compensating and adhesive components to give water-tight render/repairs and pointing with excellent long-term service

Features

• General-purpose mortar with good plastic properties for pointing, repair work or rendering.
• To provide a weather proof, highly durable render for all building and construction work
• To render houses, commercial and industrial buildings, particularly where waterproofing and high impact resistance is required
